Like many of you, I wasn't taught financial literacy in school. What I learned came from experience, research, and a determination to build a better financial future. By my late 20s, I had achieved what many consider difficult milestones in today's economy: homeownership (twice!), zero consumer debt, and most importantly, peace of mind about money.

I'm now on a clear path to financial independence by 40, allowing me to spend ideally many years focused on the things that matter most to me.
